Former Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud had issues winning big games while he was with the Buckeyes. Not all of it was his fault. Ryan Day is clearly a big reason why that didn’t happen. The biggest game to tout as a victory for Stroud in college is the 2022 Rose Bowl when they beat Utah in a wild offensive game.

Other than that, Stroud didn’t win many big games. He’s been great so far in the NFL and that hasn’t stopped him from supporting the Ohio State football program and all that they have done for him. Nor has it stopped him from talking trash to others about how successful Ohio State has been compared to other college football programs.

C.J. Stroud clowns Fred Taylor in viral video

Stroud was recently talking to former Gator Fred Taylor about his experience in his final year with the Buckeyes. Stroud says they should have won it all, which is true. They were a field goal away from beating Georgia in the Sugar Bowl. If they had made that, they would have destroyed TCU in the National Championship Game.

Taylor was talking about his college experience and Stroud clearly wasn’t familiar with what Taylor did in college. Take a look at the video below as he clowns Taylor for going to Florida.

As you can see, Stroud doesn’t know Taylor won a national title with the Gators in 1996. Stroud tries to save it by talking about what the Gators are now, but that doesn’t quite work. I love Stroud and I think this is hilarious. Florida is certainly bad now but they weren’t when Taylor was playing for them.

I love that Stroud is so passionate about the Buckeyes. It’s great for recruiting. I wish he’d been able to win some bigger games though.
